CEO Founder
Carlos D. Scheerle
Daniel is the Founder of QFC Group and Co-Founder of C2S Construction Solutions LLC, with over 30 years of experience. He launched QFC in 1998, growing it into a regional leader in telecommunications infrastructure across South and Central America, executing over USD 350 million in projects. From 2001 to 2008, he expanded into Spanish real estate.
In 2022, he co-founded C2S in the U.S., focusing on high-end residential and commercial projects, including three luxury homes and the Key Cassa project in Key Biscayne.
Operations Manager
Omar Sidoni
Omar was professionally trained in Techint Group, a multinational construction company, developing business and project management skills. After fifteen years of continuous management challenges in high-scale construction projects, he decided to be part of the Leading Team of QFC Group, acting as Operations Manager and General Manager in Telecommunications Infrastructure Projects across six South American countries. Since 2022, Omar has been the Operations Manager of C2S.

Agustin Sidoni
Agustin is a licensed Architect and Project Manager at Unicca Builders, where he oversees the design and execution of high-end residential and commercial construction projects. With a strong background in architecture and project leadership, Agustin combines technical expertise and management skills to ensure every project is delivered with precision, innovation, and quality.
At Unicca, he plays a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and timelines, and guiding clients through the entire construction process. His architectural vision and hands-on project management approach make him an essential part of the company’s commitment to excellence in luxury building and development.

Gustavo is Architectural professional with over 20 years of experience in project management, design, and construction. Graduated from University of Buenos Aires in 1999 and founded an Argentina based studio, Lapis Arquitectura in 2003 , overseeing a wide range of projects from residential to commercial.
Now joining Unnica Builders to lend his expertise in design, technical support, and construction management.

Miriam ensures the financial stability and operational transparency of Unicca Builders.
